| I joined this band in 2001. I found them in Iowa. The first album was Whatever Blues Band - In the Beginning. We played about every club in the Quad cities and surrounding areas. Rachel told me when I left " I guess you got the tour of the midwest". Well I think I got the full tour. | ||
On July 3, 2001 we played the Mississippi Vally Blues Festival. The great Blues and Jazz musicians from around the country performed at this show. I enjoyed the late night jam sessions at the hotel every night that weekend. I sat around with Buddy Guy for a while and played some nice stuff we made up, with other great players coming up taking turns. |
